As I embarked upon my new role as Associate Clinical Director while maintaining my current position as Program Director, I realized that it was essential for me to prioritize my numerous responsibilities and be very purposeful in where I was dedicating my time.  Also, making the transition from being a peer to my colleagues to becoming their manager, I wanted to ensure I established highly effective working relationships.  That is when I had the opportunity to work with Jill as my executive coach.  In a short period of time, Jill has been able to help me with collecting input from my staff so that I had the information to assess my strengths and evaluate my areas of opportunity; develop a clear plan of action so that our coaching meetings are focused and productive; and evaluate my priorities so that I am using my time wisely.  She also helped me handle difficult relationships and situations in a manner that ensures our shared goals are achieved.  Jill is clear and targeted in advising me how to become opportunity minded on behalf of my staff and has taught me to partner positively by creating opportunities, nurturing creativity and increasing feedback to achieve mutual goals through strengthening teams. I am very grateful to have Jill’s help.
