The Young Dairy Leader Institute (YDLI) is a nationally recognized leadership program for young professionals working in the dairy industry. We engaged with Jill Tomac to facilitate our opening session and launch our four-day conference on a high note. Through Jill’s workshop, we were able to establish a solid foundation on self-awareness which we continued to build on throughout the week. Our group gained a stronger understanding of communication styles and habits that can inspire others or hinder relationships. Through Jill’s highly interactive approach, participants left with knowledge and skills they will use the rest of their life, both personally and professionally. Western Youth Services is a non-profit organization committed to providing comprehensive mental health services that prevent and treat emotional and behavioral problems for youth and their families. Our work, while highly rewarding, can also be quite demanding. To support our dedicated staff of administrative and mental health professionals we accessed the expertise of Jill Tomac to conduct an Agency-wide Cultural Climate Assessment to identify our strengths, challenges and overall needs. Through this assessment Jill led us through a process to identify issues and create solutions.
