Western Youth Services is a non-profit organization committed to providing comprehensive mental health services that prevent and treat emotional and behavioral problems for youth and their families. Our work, while highly rewarding, can also be quite demanding. To support our dedicated staff of administrative and mental health professionals we accessed the expertise of Jill Tomac to conduct an Agency-wide Cultural Climate Assessment to identify our strengths, challenges and overall needs. Through this assessment Jill led us through a process to identify issues and create solutions. The process was collaborative and engaging, and allowed each team to assume ownership in executing the solution. As a result, morale has been enhanced, and we have moved towards greater efficiency and productivity.
