THE LIFO^TM SURVEY

The LIFO^TM Survey is a self-reporting assessment that takes approximately 15 minutes. The survey measures behavioral style preferences, which may change in different environments. It will show what you do, as opposed to a static review of your personality type, who you are. As you become aware of your preferences, you can begin to implement developmental strategies that will have an immediate impact on productivity.

THE LIFO^TM REPORT

The LIFO^TM Report describes a person’s approach to work and relationships; providing individualized guidelines for improving performance. The reports describe a person’s behavior and provides performance improvement guidelines when things are going well as well as during times of stress or conflict. Both the Highlight Report and the Comprehensive Full Report provides a narrative of your style preferences as well as graphic visual aids.
