THE LIFOTM SURVEY
The LIFOTM Survey is a self-reporting assessment that takes approximately 15 minutes. The survey measures behavioral style preferences, which may change in different environments. As you become aware of your preferences, you can begin to implement developmental strategies that will have an immediate impact on productivity.
THE LIFOTM REPORT
The LIFOTM Report describes a person’s approach to work and relationships; providing individualized guidelines for improving performance. The reports describe a person’s behavior and provides performance improvement guidelines when things are going well as well as during times of stress or conflict. Both the Highlight Report and the Comprehensive Full Report provides a narrative of your style preferences as well as graphic visual aids.
